A single hour, once in a while, is just what some people need to feel refreshed and revitalised.

Some people find that having a Reiki treatment once a week gives them the time out they need to feel their best.

People who are experiencing a very challenging situation - mentally, emotionally, or physically - are best supported to deal with the situation by having a Reiki treatment each day for four consecutive days.
