Reiki Training
Reiki First Level Training
You might be thinking it would be good for you to have your own Reiki hands. And you want to know a bit about the training before you commit to it.
Very reasonable to ask, and reasonably easy to respond to!
Before Reiki Training begins
If you haven't experienced a full Reiki treatment, it would be good for you to do so. Not necessarily with me - although, of course, I'd love to treat you.
Anyhow, I'd like to meet you in person, probably over a cuppa in Geelong - or on Pako. This gives us a chance to get to know each other a bit before you make any decisions. You'll get to ask me any questions you've saved up - and I'll do my best to answer them for you.
If we can't meet in person, it would be good to have a phone conversation to cover any questions you might have.
And maybe at that point you'll decide you don't wish to go ahead with me. That's good - a clear decision! And I'll happily help you with your next step, should you decide to proceed with Reiki training with another Reiki Master.
Or maybe you want more time to mull before making a decision. That's all good, too! Reiki training is important, and I want you to be comfortable with your choices. And you€™ll be welcome to ask me questions at any time as you mull.
Or maybe you'll be ready to dive into Reiki training with me. I€™ll be happy with that decision, too! So, in order to show our mutual commitment to your Reiki training, you'll pay me a $50 deposit as part of my $300 fee. Or maybe you'll want to pay the entire $300 upfront. Either way, I'll book your place in the class you've chosen.
What happens next?
-
Your class might have up to five other members. Or you might be in your own private class.
-
When you arrive for your first day of training, if you haven't paid the entire fee upfront you'll bring the remainder of it - $250. Or, if you prefer, you can bring a receipt from making a direct deposit into my bank account. Either way, I'll issue you a receipt.
-
You'll be coming for two to three hours on each of four consecutive days. Each day you'll have an initiation that allows you to access Reiki at any time - for the rest of your life, simply, easily, reliably and immediately. (In extraordinary situations, arrangements other than these four consecutive days as expected in the Usui Shiki Ryoho form are possible. But my experience has shown the programmed four-day series to be significantly important and well worth the effort to follow.)
-
You'll learn and practise the foundation for all Reiki practice: how to give yourself Reiki.
-
You'll learn and practise giving Reiki treatments to others.
-
You'll learn about Reiki's origins and history, my lineage and how that fits into Reiki history, and the Reiki principles for living.
-
You'll be able to ask all the questions you like. And I'll do my best to answer them.
-
At the end of your fourth session I'll give you your certificate showing that you've been initiated into the Usui Shiki Ryoho form of Reiki. (As with any certificate of Reiki initiation, this does NOT qualify you to be a Reiki public practice professional. That requires skills that are beyond the range of Reiki initiation. Should you choose to become a Reiki public practice professional, I can guide you in the steps necessary for that.)
Is there more?
Well yes!
You won't need to:
-
wear anything special
-
bring anything special
-
change your diet
Now, how good is that?!
And afterwards?
- You'll be welcome to sit in my Reiki first level classes for revision. Free of charge!
-
And you'll be very welcome to contact me with your questions whenever you need to. Free of charge!
-
After a year of regular Reiki self-treatments, you may want to have training in Reiki second level with me. So we could discuss that step later.
So, if you'd like to take the next step in your Reiki journey with me, please contact me! I look forward to meeting you.
